TransferMate Payment Instructions
Visit
- Login with your WCU ID (before the @ in your catamount email address) and password.
- Click VIEW AND PAY BILL under My Account Summary to log into Bill+Paymet.
- In Bill+Payment, click on the green "Make Payment" or "I would like" option to begin the payment process.
- The amount due will populate the payment amount but may be changed by entering a different amount in the box. Click Continue.
- Select TransferMate from the dropdown menu. (If you do not see this option, you may need to click the Change Payment Method button.

International students may pay with debit or credit cards the same way as domestic
students. Visit Bill+Payment Instructions for further information.
Please note that there is an additional 4.25% fee if using an international card.
If TransferMate customer service has confirmed that the service is unavailable to you, you may visit to see if their service is available.
Please note that PayMyTuition is slower than TransferMate and will not be visible in Bill+Payment for 7-10 days.

The Bank Wire option in Bill+Payment is intended for domestic (U.S.) bank wire use. However, if TransferMate and PayMyTuition are unavailable to you, you may submit your payment via Bank Wire (a.k.a. Convera) as a last option.
Please note that Convera is not recommended unless all other methods have failed. Wires initiated through Convera may not reflect on your account for up to 10 days.
