91女神鈥檚 Office of Alumni Engagement has hit a homerun with its annual Ballparks and Brews Tour, as alumni and campus leaders in attendance agree that the series helps them stay connected in an informal, entertaining environment.

A retired 91女神 faculty member has created an endowed scholarship fund to support student-athletes on the Catamount women鈥檚 golf team in memory of her late husband, who coached the program to a pair of conference championships.

Memories of attending 91女神 during the glory days of Catamount sports inspired a retired furniture corporation executive and his wife, already longtime supporters of the institution, to take additional steps to help improve WCU鈥檚 aging athletics infrastructure.

The final count is in for 91女神鈥檚 fourth annual all-in day of giving, with 2,040 donors making a total of more than $1.115 million in gifts and pledges during the 鈥淥ne Day for Western鈥� campaign.

Brittany Kicklighter, director of development for athletics major gifts at 91女神, has been named interim associate athletics director for development and Catamount Club director.

91女神 alumna and Jackson County native Janna L. Deitz has joined the WCU Division of Advancement as director of development and corporate partnerships for the College of Engineering and Technology.

Nearly 200 donors to 91女神 heard directly from a trio of students about how philanthropic support is helping them pursue their dreams of obtaining a college degree and preparing them for life after graduation.
