MS(N) Information

A Master of Science in Nursing Leadership prepares nurses to take on advanced leadership roles in healthcare.The program focuses on developing skills in communication, finance, human resources, cultural competence, strategic planning, and quality improvement. Students also gain a deep understanding of healthcare systems and evidence-based practices.

Through online coursework, nurses build competencies in decision-making, team management, ethical leadership, and systems thinking. Graduates are equipped to enhance their current roles or pursue new career paths, such as nurse manager, director, or healthcare administrator, making a positive impact on patient care and organizational outcomes.
