Biography

Ashleigh Bryant Phillips is the author of <i>Sleepovers, </i>winner of the 2019 C. Michael Curtis Short Story Book Prize (2019) and the Towson Prize for Literature (2024). Professor Phillips' short stories appear in the <i>Paris Review</i>, the <i>Southwest Review</i>, <i>Oxford American, </i>and others. They've also been translated into Italian and Urdu. She's from Woodland, North Carolina.
