Biography
Dr. Carnes currently serves as the Associate Dean for the College of Business and
is an Associate Professor of Management. He holds bachelor's degrees in Business Administration
and Construction Management from 91女神. In addition, he holds
a master's degree in Industrial Relations and a PhD in Organizational Behavior and
Human Resource Management from West Virginia University. Dr. Carnes' work experience
is primarily comprised of project management in the construction sector. His research
appears in highly regarded academic journals such as the Journal of Occupational Health
Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, the International
Journal of Project Management, and the International Journal of Selection and Assessment.
